These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website steelcrestperformance.store (the "Site") and any purchase made from Steelcrest Performance LLC ("Steelcrest Performance," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions
We sell tires, wheels, and off-road accessories. We try to display products, specifications, and images as accurately as possible, but colors, finishes, and appearance may vary. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product fits and is compatible with your vehicle (including size, bolt pattern, offset, load rating, and clearance) before ordering. We can help verify fitment if you contact us before purchase.

3. Pricing and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel or refuse any order affected by an error, in which case we will refund any amount paid. Product availability is not guaranteed.

4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or inability to verify your information. Payment is due at the time of order unless you use an approved financing option. Sales tax is charged where required by law.

5. Financing and lease-to-own options
We may offer payment through third-party financing or lease-to-own providers. These services are provided by independent companies, not by Steelcrest Performance. Approval, amounts, fees, payment schedules, and terms are determined solely by the provider and governed by your agreement with them. We are not a lender and are not responsible for credit decisions, fees, or payment disputes with the provider. Please read the provider's terms carefully before accepting. Returns and refunds on financed purchases are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping, pickup, and returns
Shipping and local pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Installation and services
Installation, mounting, and balancing services are performed by appointment. You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or damaged components, or issues that were not disclosed to us. Wheels and tires should be re-torqued after the first 50–100 miles, and proper tire pressure and maintenance are the owner's responsibility.

8. Safe use and vehicle modifications
Tires, wheels, suspension components, and other off-road products can change how a vehicle drives and handles. You are responsible for ensuring that products are properly installed, used within their ratings, and legal for use in your state. Off-road products are intended for use according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable laws. Some products may not be legal for on-road use in all areas.

9. Manufacturer warranties
Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. We do not provide our own warranty beyond what is stated in writing. We will help you start a warranty claim, but approval is determined by the manufacturer.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steelcrest Performance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual property
The content on the Site, including text, logos, images, and design, belongs to Steelcrest Performance or its licensors, and brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

13. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, use the Site for fraudulent purposes, or interfere with its operation.

14. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
